Coach Bateman is a sports performance expert and the Owner of OFFTHEFIELD (OTF). He has trained thousands of athletes from of all ages, competing in youth athletics to the NFL, MLB, and professional basketball. In his six years of owning OTF, they have sent over 400 athletes to college with scholarships, 50+ State and tournament championships, 20 Gatorade Players of the year, 2 Super Bowl winners, 1 Team USA Basketball Champion, and one NCAA Division 1 Women’s National Freshman of the Year. Coach Bateman has grown OTF to be the #1 athletic performance company in the state of Idaho, working with 12 different high schools and 15 different club sport organizations.
Coach Bateman’s training philosophy is to put the individual athlete’s needs first and maximize each athletes potential, physically and mentally. Whether it is his NFL athletes or 9 year old athletes, their individual needs are most important. Our goal is to make them bigger, faster and stronger, all while decreasing injuries. This has ended up being only a portion of OTF’s impact on their athletes. A byproduct that came from creating OTF was the increase in each athlete’s confidence and drive to become better. This is what OTF’s culture is about and is the reason why they have set the standard for athletic performance in Idaho.
