Description
We will begin with a 45 minute 1 on 1 session where we’ll get to know each other and uncover your goals, as well as your relationship with food and your body. We’ll discuss your “big picture” plan, as well as create short-term goals that will help you get there and lastly, your goals for nutrition coaching.
Our Certified Nutrition Coach is not a Registered Dietician (RD) therefore, we provide evidence- based, non-prescriptive advice to clients without looking to treat or cure disease.
Follow up
Second through fourth appointment – This will be our chance to reflect on your progress towards your short term goals, discuss what’s in the way of you reaching these goals, and adjust any meals/recipes/amounts if necessary
