We get it, nutrition is HARD. Knowing what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat to reach a specific goal can be overwhelming. Nutrition is so important when it comes to athletics, it provides a source of energy required to perform. The food we eat impacts our strength, training, performance and recovery.
We will begin with an optional 15 minute phone consultation, or you can skip ahead to session 1, a 60 minute meeting where we’ll get to know each other and uncover your goals, as well as your relationship with food and your body. We’ll discuss your “big picture” plan, as well as create short-term goals that will help you get there and lastly, your goals for nutrition coaching.
Our Certified Nutrition Coach is not a Registered Dietician (RD) therefore, we provide evidence- based, non-prescriptive advice to clients without looking to treat or cure disease.
Second appointment – This will be our chance to reflect on your progress towards your short term goals, discuss what is in the way of you reaching your goals, and provide additional tools & support that set you up for success.
Third appointment – We’ll track your progress and make adjustments if needed.
