Let’s get fast! We see so many people training for sports in the wrong ways. Whether it’s spending an entire workout on a speed ladder, or trying to jump on the highest box possible. You’re not trying to be a professional speed ladder/box jumper are you?! It’s true, accessory exercises can help as auxiliaries in workouts, but should not be your main focus during a training session. Focus on the specific movements that produce the greatest improvement. Shoot us a video of you accelerating from the side and we will break it down and give you some key points on how to improve your speed and power! For Free! We will even use one of our athletes as an example for an instructional video to get you in the right angles and positions for everyone who has to accelerate in the their sport
