Performance Coach

Coach Dylan Specializes in injury prevention and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation.
His primary focus is competitive soccer players, including 1 Women’s National Team member.
In just over 3 years as a coach Dylan has helped over 40 high school athletes receive D1 scholarship offers & multiple Gatorade Player of the Year awards.
Dylan has always had a passion about everything related to human performance. If there was an available resource that would help performance, Dylan implemented it into his own training regimen to try it out even at a young age. He went on to the University of Idaho where he majored in exercise science and health to continue his passion not only in the performance aspect, but also the injury prevention and rehabilitation side of training.

A note from Coach Dylan, “Even at a collegiate level, I was never satisfied with the rehab protocols that were being used to help me recover. I’d leave our training room feeling like I’d done nothing to speed up healing. There was a lot missing. I started researching various methods to treat and speed up the injuries I had. From sleep, to soft tissue work to diet, I’ve stayed as knowledgeable as possible. Now I just want to make sure that every athlete I see is given the highest quality training available and understands the whys behind the rehab and injury prevention we do.”
